If I were you, I wouldn't assign it specificly to /d:cd12 because: assuming from what I can make out of the batch file is no matter what cd it is, be If fewer switches than drives are given, the unreferenced drives will NOT be used.

If you really want to boot in dos, set your sata as standard-ide in your bios.

I tried a GCDROM.SYS file I got from the Gigabyte site, but it doesn't work, most likely because it is made for a different SATA chipset.
