Gas and everything was on me, but there are places that provide vehicles. Your chances of getting anything from the driver's insurance are shit and the likelihood of him repaying you out of pocket is laughable. I get payed 7.50 in store, 4.50 on deliveries. Sometimes I'd hit two or three or fur in a row on a run, and maybe get $14 for that very lucrative half hour.
However, they also get compensated a little for each delivery they make, I think upwards of like 20 cents per delivery. I get 5 dollars an hour when Im on delivery, and minimum wage when Im in store. Fuel? The store will pay your gas bills but they won't pay your repair bills when you're racking up 50-60k miles per year just for your job.That's what Im scared So we hope you choose to switch it on.
Some pizza places charge a gratuity/delivery fee already on the order, so they figure tips are optional and delivery drivers often get a very small cut out of the delivery fee I honestly don't know how he makes any money.
